In-Store Policy
NO RETURNS – ALL SALES FINAL
We do not accept returns for cash refunds, store credit, rain checks, or any form of reversal under any circumstances.
This includes (but is not limited to):
Change of mind
Wrong size / color / style selected
Did not like the product
Found it cheaper elsewhere
Gift was not wanted / needed
Buyer’s remorse
Any other personal reason
Limited Exchange Window (Strict Conditions) As our only customer accommodation, we will consider one-time exchanges only under ALL of the following conditions:
The item is brought back
within 24 hours of the original purchase (time-stamped receipt required)
You present the
original proof of purchase (receipt or digital record from our system)
The item is in
exactly the same condition
as when sold (unused, unwashed, tags attached, no wear, no damage, no odors, no missing parts or packaging)
The exchange is for
up to 3 items of
equivalent or lesser value only (we do not provide credit for any difference in value)
Identical items must be in stock at the time of exchange (no rain checks, no special orders, no holds)
If all conditions above are met, we may (at our sole discretion) allow an exchange. There are no cash refunds, no store credit, and no exceptions beyond this very narrow exchange option.
We reserve the right to refuse any exchange for any reason, including suspicion of abuse of this policy.
This strict policy helps us maintain the lowest possible prices for everyone.

Online Returns
We take great care in packaging and shipping all orders to ensure they arrive safely. Due to the nature of our products, online returns are accepted only in cases where items are damaged during shipping.
If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at (561) 755-0515 with the following:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the packaging and shipping box
Once the damage has been verified, we will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Please note:
Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons other than shipping damage. Our items are sold as is.
Items showing signs of use, intentional damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Claims submitted after the 24-hour window may not be approved.
